What to Expect:Â
When you contact ASAP, they will verify that you are an Aldridge employee. Once verified, someone from ASAP will contact you directly to set up the initial evaluation with a licensed Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) in your area. Turnaround time is 2 hours or less during business hours or next business day if after business hours. After you meet with the SAP, the SAP will recommend a provider and treatment plan that is included in your insurance plan.
